39 Principles of Jihad

Law Enforcement, and all citizens in Western countries, need to read and understand the 39 Principles of Jihad which is attached.
Ten years ago, in 2003, Col. Jonathan D. Halevi (an Israeli researcher), was searching Islamic and Arabic Websites, when he found an Al-Qaeda terror manual titled "39 ways in the sake of the Jihad," more commonly known as the "39 Principles of Jihad." The manual / booklet was posted on an Al-Farouq website known to be affiliated with Al-Qaeda.
The manual should be printed and distributed throughout every law enforcement office in the United States and abroad. Published as an open source battle plan for Jihad, very few people are taking advantage of this.
