Senate drama unfolding!

 

Mathew Staver, Chairman Liberty Counsel Action Two prominent Senators are promising exhaustive efforts to oppose the confirmation of Chuck Hagel as the next Secretary of Defense, even threatening a Republican filibuster.   John Brennan, President Obama’s pick to become the next CIA Director, has also come under intense fire for some of his controversial policies and statements.   Please read my very important update on the fast-changing events in this crucial battle below – Mat. I don’t think that Hagel is the right appointment…” Also yesterday, Senator Lindsey Graham announced on a talk show that he will attempt to stop the confirmations of Hagel and Brennan in the Senate until the White House comes clean about the “cover-up” surrounding the 9/11 attacks in Benghazi… “I don't think we should allow Brennan to go forward for the CIA directorship, or Hagel to be confirmed as Secretary of Defense, until the White House gives us an accounting…What did he [Obama] do that night? That's not unfair.
