Amnesty - Solidifying the Marxist Control of America for Decades, If Not Permanently

Amnesty – Solidifying the Marxist Control of America for Decades, If Not Permanently

If Obamacare is the Cloward and Piven solution to health care, Amnesty is its twin in regards to immigration. The ‘new and improved’ immigration legislation being pushed by progressives on both sides of the aisle is a sure way to collapse America from within.

This monstrous bill would open the floodgates to illegal immigrants (yes, I know, “immigrant” is the wrong word, but it is what we have, so just roll with it), ushering in up to 33 million people as new American citizens over the next decade who would have preferred status over regular Americans. And this may be a conservative estimate as the bill allows for spouses and children to be brought over as well. There are a myriad of confusing, arbitrary and Marxist regulations in this 844 page bill being used to shove this long-anticipated, Communist move down America’s throat.

Unless it doesn’t. A little-noticed exception in the Gang of Eight bill provides a fast track for many — possibly very many — currently illegal immigrants. Under a special provision for immigrants who have labored at least part-time in agriculture, that fast track could mean permanent residency in the U.S., and then citizenship, in half the time Rubio said. And not just for the immigrants themselves — their spouses and children, too.

A second provision in the legislation creates another fast track for illegal immigrants who came to the United States before they were 16 — the so-called Dreamers. The concept suggests youth, but the bill has no age limit for such immigrants — or their spouses and children — and despite claims that they must go to college or serve in the military to be eligible, there is an exception to that requirement as well.

What provisions of the bill that don’t strangle America with Sunstein-type over-regulation, will drown her in debt. Amnesty could cost 70 times what it would cost just to enforce the law. The ticket on this ruse, could be as high as $999 billion, whereas enforcement of laws already handling illegal immigration costs about $14 billion. The Gang of Eight are intentionally sowing the final seeds of destruction for the Republic.

Eric Holder is all for that, calling Amnesty a ‘Civil Right:’

“Creating a pathway to earned citizenship for the 11 million unauthorized immigrants in this country is essential. The way we treat our friends and neighbors who are undocumented – by creating a mechanism for them to earn citizenship and move out of the shadows – transcends the issue of immigration status. This is a matter of civil and human rights. It is about who we are as a nation. And it goes to the core of our treasured American principle of equal opportunity.”

The Amnesty bill will also open the door for a whole raft of Constitutional rights infringements with the creation of databases that track all of us and which will be used against us. From David Codrea:

Noting the architects of “immigration reform” include many leading proponents of “gun control,” GOA warned the bill would expand federal intrusions to include a national ID and Brady-style checks for employment that would have the same propensity for “false positive” rejections as gun owners face on background checks, and the same bureaucratic indifference to correcting the record in a timely matter, if at all.

The bill will also gut E-Verify for years to come. Not to mention the creation of more government monolithic agencies to oversee these ‘new citizens:’

In fact, Section 2524 of the Gang of Eight bill sheds light on the rising taxpayer costs likely to flow from the bill, as it creates a new federal commission specifically designed to promote the use of federal benefits to newly legalized immigrants. “The New Americans Tax Force” mission will be “to provide a coordinated Federal response to issues that impact the lives of new immigrants and receiving communities, including— access to youth and adult education programming; workforce training; health care policy; access to naturalization; and community development challenges; and to ensure that Federal programs and policies adequately address such impacts.”

I hear a lot of talk that the House Republicans are pulling this horrific legislation to the right. Really? So, instead of totally killing America, she’ll just be ‘mostly dead?’ This is more progressivism masking itself as conservatism. Marco Rubio is the biggest offender, but he is not alone. Raul Labrador, who is a Senator from my state of Idaho, is on that list as well. A hawkish progressive is still a progressive at the end of it all.

While I have liked many, many things Labrador has done and stands for, Amnesty is not one of them. While some of his ideas have merit, such as further capping the number of low-skilled Visas, he is still looking to legalize over 11 million illegal immigrants instead of making them obtain citizenship the proper and legal way. While Labrador is now being touted as leading the GOP on immigration reform, I would caution the Senator from Idaho that the ‘history’ he sees occurring will become a living nightmare and he will be one of the authors of legislation that will go down in infamy as the beginning of the end of the American way of life.

This is what I had to say when asked about my thoughts on Amnesty:

Priority one is closing the border – for real. Take a page from the Israelis on building a fence and just do it. Go for a layered approach using a fence, a concrete wall and vehicle-barrier trenches. And put either armed military or border patrol in sufficient numbers all along the wall who are willing to enforce the law and use force if necessary. The presence needs to be stepped up because we are factually being invaded from the south.

Remove ALL incentives and enticements that attract or encourage people to enter the country illegally. This includes benefits such as food stamps, housing, education, health care… in short, all the freebies being sprinkled in front of the target demographic. Illegal immigrants should not be eligible for any government paid services, accept in life-threatening instances. And after that passes, they should be deported. The ‘Anchor Baby’ provision also needs to go away.

As to illegal immigrants already here… Once you have the border actually secured, your next step is to deport those who are not ‘legitimate immigrants,’ when they are nabbed for crimes. You don’t catch and release. You either prosecute and convict, then deport after any imprisonment or the offender goes straight to deportation depending on the crime. There should be a standardized methodology for anyone wanting to become a citizen and the same rules should apply to all. Enforce our current immigration policies. If families and children are found that are illegal, as cold as it sounds, they should be deported. Immigrants should be forced to follow our laws and come in the front door legally, rather than sneaking in the back door to reside in ‘the shadows.’

We need to eliminate the concept that if you get away with a crime long enough, it becomes legitimized and somehow okay. The de facto policy at the moment seems to be that if you break the law by sneaking into the country and manage to evade detection and capture for some arbitrary amount of time, you get declared ‘all in free.’

What we don’t need is mass ‘Amnesty,’ which makes 11 million criminals instant citizens who will comprise a Democratic voting bloc strong enough to keep Progressives in office and power indefinitely. It is a strategy that the Communists/Marxists are putting forth and using as an overthrow and infiltration from within tactic. See Italian Communist Party leaderAntonio Gramsci, who promoted exchanging the subtle long-term infiltration of institutions and Government for the outdated, confrontational street-marching tactics of Mao Tse Tung.

A physical barrier coupled with the removal of incentives would take care of the vast majority of illegal incursions. I think the current Immigration Bill put forth not only pushes mass ‘Amnesty,’ it doesn’t solve the problem of illegal immigration. It literally overrides our current laws and policies concerning immigration, rather than enforcing them and opens the borders to all. It would make everyone part of a massive, privacy stealing database (which is an unfathomable violation of our Constitutional rights and a dictator’s dream) and would finish off bankrupting our nation. You might as well finalize handing the U.S. over to the Mexican nationalists and Communists. Progressives on both sides of the political aisle benefit from this with a massive voting bloc that will entrench their Marxist ideals and create a slave base that not only brings down the standard of living, but pushes crony capitalism. The only ones who benefit in the end are the Marxists, the powerful and the wealthy elite. Sounds a lot like Cuba or any of a number of Communist regimes, doesn’t it?

Once again, I want to remind the GOP and the good Senator from Idaho, we don’t need Amnesty. In fact, we won’t survive it. We need for the existing laws to be enforced and for the borders to be sealed to those trying to come in illegally. Don’t let the Marxist left solidify their control of America with a voting bloc that will grant them a strongman dictatorship in perpetuity and ensure a never ending source of slave labor. Think about who you are committing this crime against – remember who you work for and what you stand for.
