HUD plans to forcibly integrate your neighborhood with your own tax dollars

Last Thursday Obama’s HUD Secretary Shaun Donovan gave an incendiary speech to the NAACP’s 104th Annual Convention in Orlando, Florida. He explicitly blamed black failure on alleged discrimination perpetrated by white people.
Donovan boasted that under the Obama administration, HUD has stepped up efforts to persecute landlords.
And in total, over the past three years, HUD’s investigative efforts have resulted in more than $65 million in compensation for more than 25,000 individuals that were allegedly subjected to housing discrimination. – Donovan
Notice the words that Donovan uses. “Allegedly subjected.” His message to the NAACP Annual Convention is that al you have to do is allege discrimination against a white landlord, and HUD will step in.
Bottom line: people are being denied their freedom of choice and the benefits of full citizenship. Yet because of the subtle nature of this discrimination, often times, they don’t even know they have been subjected to this abuse. - Donovan
Donovan tells the NAACP convention that they may be victims of discrimination and not even know it. They should file complaints against people and try to claim their own piece of the shakedown.
That’s why HUD is enhancing its enforcement techniques by initiating investigations on our own without waiting for individuals to file complaints. – Donovan
Now HUD wants to come to your rescue, even if you have not alleged or even perceived discrimination! Donovan goes on to claim that discrimination forces blacks to live in dangerous neighborhoods and attend bad schools. Of course he does not address how these black neighborhoods got so bad in the first place. All the blame is placed squarely on supposed discrimination perpetrated by white people.

Donovan says we are entering a new era of “Affirmatively Further Fair Housing.” What he means is affirmative action housing. Don’t forget that affirmative action mortgages already caused an international economic crises once. He says he has billions at his disposal to implement “Affirmatively Further Fair Housing.”
Today, it’s about more than just addressing outright discrimination and access to the housing itself. It’s also about giving every community access to important neighborhood amenities that can make a tremendous difference in a person’s life outcome.
I’m talking about good schools, safe streets, jobs, grocery stores, healthcare and a host of other important factors. To help families gain this access – HUD is working to strengthen our stewardship of federal dollars to maximize the impact they have on communities in advancing fair housing goals. – Donovan
This part of Donovan’s speech to the NAACP is especially inflammatory. He says black neighborhoods are unsafe, not because the residents make them unsafe, but because of discrimination at the hands of white people. Grocery stores close, not because the residents shoplift, but because of discrimination at the hands of white people. Schools aren’t bad because of the people who attend them, but because of discrimination at the hands of white people. Nothing wrong with any black neighborhood is the fault of the residents themselves. It’s all the white man’s fault.
Donovan is treating the entire black community like infants and saying they have no responsibility for their own actions. He seems to think that blacks can only improve themselves if they are surrounded by white babysitters. Donovan implies that the way for blacks to “gain access” to a safe neighborhood is to move to a white neighborhood. Don’t take responsibility for your actions. Don’t try to improve your own community. To improve your environment, move to a white neighborhood.
Donovan’s words are not just absurd, they are inflammatory, conspiratorial, and anti-white. He says that one entire racial group is not responsible for their own shortcomings. Now that is RACIAL DISCRIMINATION!
HUD has already sued multiple counties in New York and California to forcibly integrate middle class white areas. In Westchester County, New York, the Obama administration is forcing the county to build low-income housing in majority white neighborhoods, which will be marketed towards blacks and Latinos. This is nothing short of full-fledged authoritarianism.

Westchester County was just one of several test counties. The Obama administration plans Soviet style forced integration of neighborhoods nationwide, using Federal grant money. HUD gives out grants to counties and cities using American taxdollars. In order to receive grants, the recipient must agree to vague anti-discrimination pledges. In the case of Westchester County, the existence of majority white neighborhoods was used as evidence that the county somehow discriminated against blacks and Latinos. The Obama administration then sued the county for allegedly violating the terms of their HUD grants.
To ensure that “every American is able to choose to live in a community they feel proud of,” HUD has published a new fair-housing regulation intended to give people access to better neighborhoods than the ones they currently live in.
The goal is to help communities understand “fair housing barriers” and “establish clear goals” for “improving integrated living patterns and overcoming historic patterns of segregation.”
“This proposed rule represents a 21st century approach to fair housing, a step forward to ensuring that every American is able to choose to live in a community they feel proud of – where they have a fair shot at reaching their full potential in life,” said HUD Secretary Shaun Donovan.
“For the first time ever,” Donovan added, “HUD will provide data for every neighborhood in the country, detailing the access African American, Latino, Asian, and other communities have to local assets, including schools, jobs, transportation, and other important neighborhood resources that can play a role in helping people move into the middle class.”

In a July 16 speech to the NAACP, Donovan said the American Dream still isn’t within equal reach of all communities. He lamented the lack of diversity in America’s boardrooms, schools, and the nation’s “strongest neighborhoods.”
“We have got to shape a future where ladders of opportunity are available for all Americans,” Donovan said. “For African Americans, this is critically important. Historically, for this community, the rungs on these ladders have been too far apart -– making it harder to reach the middle class.”

“Make no mistake, this is a big deal,” Donovan said. “With the HUD budget alone, we are talking about billions of dollars. And as you know, decades ago, these funds were used to support discrimination. Now, they will be used to expand opportunity and bring communities closer to the American Dream.”
Under the Fair Housing Act, HUD requires grantees, such as cities, that receive federal housing funds to “affirmatively further fair housing.”
