The FBI Caves to Politically Correct Muslim Propaganda

By David S. Whitley

KIRO Television in Seattle ran a story on how a tiny clique has once again pushed truth off the train and replaced it with a smoke and mirrors. Jeff Siddiqui of American Muslims of Puget Sound first blames the American government then stereotypes the American people as possible perpetrators of future bigotry, all the while painting terrorists and Islamists in the community as the ultimate victims of the FBI campaign to identify and capture these evil men.

What did this violation of civil rights that so exercised Siddiqui and his group consist of? An advertising campaign featuring the names and faces of known Jihadi terrorists.

In response to Siddiqui and his organization (among many others), the FBI backed down. Why? There was nothing about the campaign objectionable to a rational person. Asking the American public to help identify for capture the most evil among us is just sound civic responsibility. The postings of America's Most Wanted in the Post Office has been commonplace for decades. Why not on the side of a metro bus?

I find it amazing that the Obama administration can set new rules for federal employees to spy on one another, making everyone suspicious of each other and fearful of being turned in or caught up in some 1984 Orwellian Big Brother nightmare from which there may be no return, and yet shut down an FBI campaign against real evil, real threats, real terror, at the sound of the first peep.

Political correctness is a disease that kills truth wherever it may spring up. Political correctness serves only one function: to put blinders on those who know the truth and cover their mouths in self-censorship. It is retreat and surrender without a formal battle. It is our greatest national sickness and will lead to the suicide of our American republic if we don't detox from its grasp on us.

Americans are a tolerant and decent people, forgiving to a fault. Just look at the two foul candidates running in New York for mayor and comptroller, Anthony Wiener and Eliot Spitzer. But let us not forget, tolerance and love will get you nowhere with those that want to kill you! If the truth sets you free -- what does a lie do to you?

These men ARE terrorists. These are evil men with a bounty on their heads, and all the FBI is trying to do is get them off the streets.

Nearly every pro-Muslim spokesperson works the system in the same way. They claim victimhood. They claim injustice by the larger culture. They claim religious intolerance (though in fact the ads in question never mentioned religion.) They skillfully turn the tables, blaming non-Muslim American culture as the potential problem because of what a bigot might do to an innocent Muslim based on the FBI posters. So we put the potential threat of misplaced anger ahead of the actual threat of deadly terrorism. This is Taqiyya, approved Qur'anic teaching that holds that lying by Muslims for the greater glory of Allah is okay. This is a sad disposition because it makes every single devout Muslim suspect of not being truthful and untrustworthy as a colleague or neighbor.

So the FBI has bowed to pressure and will remove and replace the ad billboards. How can active, alert citizens assist the government if they do not know who they are looking for? It makes absolutely no sense to remove those faces from the bus ads. Are we going to remove all the faces from the WANTED posters in the post office? Adding a little old lady or a young white male won't help at all when they are not who you are looking for. It's like giving your husband a grocery list filled with pictures -- yet wanting him to come home with items not shown on your list. The FBI has taken on the same stupid mentality of the TSA. The disease is spreading.

American freedoms and the tolerance of the American people are being used as weapons against them in a war they apparently do not see or at least fail to understand. And it is a war going on right now.

In 1994 David Whitley self published a 300-page softcover book titled The Conservative Directory -- The Little Black Book of the Cultural Counter Revolution. The book was praised by the likes of Charlton Heston, Bay Buchanan, and Joseph Farah of WND among many others. He is currently mulling the idea of a second edition that would also be accessible online. You can follow him on Twitter @cogitarus
