Petition against “human rights” kangaroo courts.

B:
This is a stunning indication of how far free speech rights have been reduced in Canada.

Kangaroo courts like this may be how the Obama government will try to take American rights away. It certainly seems to be working here...

If you would like to send this out, you are welcome.

Petition against "human rights" kangaroo courts

"On February 6, 2014, the Alberta government's Human Rights Tribunal ruled that it was discrimination to hold foreign-born "engineers" to Canada's professional standards. The Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA) was ordered to pay the failed engineer $10,000 and to lower their high standards to his weak abilities… This was an outrageous decision that puts the Canadian public at a real risk of public safety." – From the "Fire Moosa Jiwaji" website.

That pretty-much says it all, but there is a great deal more inform-ation available on the website, plus a petition that you can sign if you wish.

My  comment when I signed reads as follows: "This is utterly appalling.  If this precedent is allowed to stand, we will soon be afraid to visit the doctor's office… Our lives are far more important than a foreigner's tender sensibilities… This madness must stop!"

This is a rare opportunity to express your concerns about the quasi-judicial enforcement of "political correctness" by kangaroo courts who couldn't care less about the truth, and will find against you (and fine you) on the basis of "hurt feelings" alone.

You know what to do!

Jeff Goodall.

You can read the full decision here.

You can sign the petition here.
