Really, you xenophobe? Cite the article and clause, please. Hint: you can’t because the Supreme Gowned Clowns invented an “interest” for the Feds in controlling our movements in the 1870’s; prior to that, people freely came and went, as I explain here.
Nor has there been any amendment to the Constitution authorizing Our Rulers' usurpation of this authority. So all laws controlling immigration, emigration or travel over the border remain not only unconstitutional but illegal.
